One that meets Government policy of global commitments in relation to BOT, Alliance & treaty needs and rules based order

should meet the needs of Government policy without straining the national economy

Yes to a degree, as it generates income and secure industrial capacity

7. Would a form of Conscription for Military Age Brits be good for Defence?.
No, military life is not for everyone, but that depends on strategic environment(Israel)
