This video is about moving heavy sling loads with helicopters of the Defense Helicopter Command (DHC of the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) and the 11th Air Manoeuvre Brigade (11LMB). Two CH-47D Chinook helicopters and one AS532 Cougar helicopter flew several sling flights between Deelen Air Base and the Ederheide where this video is made. For the exercise three separate landing spots were made on the heath where the helicopters could drop off their external load. Soldiers of the 11th Air Supply Company of the 11th LMB were involved on the ground to receive the packages which were delivered via the air. This team of helicopter crews and air mobile forces are real Dutch sling masters!
