hey everyone, i just had a question for any of you tank veterans or anyone who has worked with tanks. I understand a tank cannon is loud as hell. i mean its a 120mm cannon that can launch a shell over a mile. but i also understand tanks are very air tight and the armor is very thick. so when the gun is fired is it loud inside the tank? like is it common for tank veterans to have hearing problems after they leave the military? any input is appreciated. thanks for reading guys! have a good day!

Tank crews wear CVC helmets. They are multipurpose and they offer ear protection, too.
