Our enemies will be terrified when it starts raining tanks onto their positions!

Seriously, this Strange machine is used for radar evaluations. With it one can get reflections from different angles.

Aren't you kidding as for radar evaluations purpose? Is it possible to proof in any way, any links? just to share with my friends
honestly my first idea was that it looks like an industrial lift or elevator which suddenly got broken meaning the normal position of the platform is horizontal.

That's what they told me during my service time.
When you look closely at the machine you can see that it can't be a lift as it only has one joint.

And it is not as weird as one may think. It's probably the easiest and cheapest way to test radar signatures from different angles.
