After completing the Armidale class boat of the R.A.N I thought I would have a go at modeling the large SLAVA class cruisers that were built at the height of the cold war. To start off with I will be modeling all of the weapons platforms such as the AK-130 guns, RBU-6000 anti-sub rockets, VLS sa-n-6 launchers and other items such as saluting guns. Independently so that I can have well detailed models of these weapons as well as building up a model bank to make future projects a bit easier.
