I really wonder how it operates..

Looks like another "magic" gun using some physical phenomens like electric linear accelerator or gauss gun with no real considerations on the stored/transfered/consumed energy.

It is not a rail gun. It operates by spinning a rotor at high speed and releasing the ball projectiles at the correct moment. It has been discussed widely on specialist forums, such as the two below (they in turn have links to many original sources).

There are many issues with this approach, including the power and time required to spin-up the weapon and the ballistic characteristics of the projectiles.

If you wan to find out more just Google on DREAD & Trinamic.

IMHO: Don’t bother to waste your time.

ditto from me.

I'd hate to be in range of that if the g forces generated suddenly decided to go for a walk.

it would be like a 360 degree claymore going off.

120,000 rounds-per-minute just about enough to bankrupt a small country in an hour.

I wish i could talk to the guys selling this.

I like the self cleaning remark. Wasn´t the M-16 marked as a self cleaning rifle, which lead to many unnecessary deaths.

I think this gun is completly unrealistic, I mean a gun that has 120,000rpm, and NO SOUND since it fires .308 and .50 calliber rounds, without overheating well I don't think this is possible.
