what is eye resolution and what diffrence does it make in the aimming of the tgt what its value for human eye ...

The light that human eye can see is between 400-700 nanometer, a nanometer (nm) is a billion times less then a meter.
When you see something, it's because light has bounced on something and that light hit your eye.
If you see something has a blue color, its because that blue object reflects mostly a wavelength of ~470 nm.
470 nm = blue
