Uh. I don't think that's right. The 9S80 PPRU-1 Sborka can't be used to control Tor-M1s. At least it's not supposed to be. It's used for regimental air defense batteries, namely the Strela, Shilka, Tunguska, etc. The 9S737 Ranzhir is what you use for the Tors. It's a very similar system, but not identical.
