RIP Stormin' Norman

I remember an interview he did after retirement that speaks to the fleeting nature of fame and power.
He said that one day he commanded hundreds of thousands of men who would blindly do his bidding and a week later he couldn't get a plumber to go to his house
RIP General.

One great soldier, general and human being

The one thing you can say about Gen.Norman Schwartzkopf that he was a great leader of men right up there with the like of Grant,Sherman,Lee,Eisenhower,Bradley just to name a few.I hope Osprey publishing decides to honor this hero in its Command series of books.I also feel it would be fitting that a future carrier in the Ford-class should be named for him.
