MiG-21: Manufacturer of the Saphir-21?

can anyone name the manufacturer of the saphir-21 radar of the MiG-21? I was looking several hour, but was unable to find this information.

Thanks,... in time of USSR it seems to be named as OKB 339.

According to some history I could find, OKB-339 was redesignated to NII-339 in 1962; later became NIIR and in 1969 together with OKB-15 formed Fazotron-NIIR.
