what is the operational ( service ) ceiling of normal fighters like f-14 , f-15 , f-16 , f-35 , f-22 , su-27, su-35 , mig-31 , mig-35 , ef-2000 , rafale ? ( iam not talking about the max altitudes that these aircraft can reach in a zoom climb )
at what altitude pilots flying normal fighter start to need a space suit like u-2 and sr-71 pilot

You do realize that 'real' fighter capabilities like speed, turning radius, radar range/output, service ceiling, etc. are generally classified for Operational Security (OPSEC) reasons.

As for the need to wear a spacesuit when flying, that has to do with the altitude one is flying at, as opposed to what one is flying in, unless the aircraft is specifically modified for a 'shirtsleeves' environment at high altitudes.
