Gulf of Thailand - The U.S. Navy guided missile cruiser USS Vincennes (CG 49) conducts training operations with the Royal Thai Navy guided missile frigate HTMS Naresuan (FFG 421) and the U.S. Navy guided missile frigate USS Curts (FFG 38) during the Thailand phase of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT).
