At sea aboard the aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63) Oct. 29, 2002 – USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63) receives fuel from the Military Sealift Command (MSC) replenishment oilier USNS Rappahannock (T-AO 204) while the destroyer USS Paul F.
