PHILIPPINE SEA (April 6, 2007) - Seaman Jessica Koehne stands watch as the boat deck phone talker during an underway replenishment with the Royal Australian auxiliary oiler replenishment (AOR) vessel HMAS Success. Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Stethem (DDG 63) is participating in MALABAR, a bilateral U.S. and Indian navy exercise designed to increase interoperability between the Indian and U.S navies to enhance the cooperative security relationship between both countries.
