AGENCE FRANCE-PRESSE, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier warned Iran April 4 that it was undermining negotiations on its nuclear program with tests of a new land-to-sea missile.
Steinmeier told reporters on a trip to Washington dominated by efforts to convince Iran to freeze its sensitive nuclear research that the latest launch in Gulf war games had heightened international concerns.
