Hi All,

From general media posts I am aware that the US is very interested in GCD for issues such as IED detection. However current grants suggest that R&D funding is likely to remain the domain of SAR MTI or ground based scanning systems.

I am very interested in locating US Defense Specs or currently papers written on GCD to see how the US would like systems to be developed (the ConOps) and/or if they have any vision about how the data can be integrated into their systems - even if there is a standard of how images should be displayed or resolution requirements etc.

I am after specific info on desired or current GCD systems as other than Grumman, which appear to be developing a premium version (SAR based), most details on requirements are very sketchy.

That is why I am appealing to the forum members to assist me finding out what the US DoD wants. Any takers?

C,

Aware
