I am writing a thesis on the use of Kalman filter paradigm in missile tracking sensor techniques and want to pick the brains of any military technology brainiacs around here.
I had a few choices for this essay, but I chose this one after the Navy's response to the Yongbyon nuclear complex in North Korea. The angle on my essay is towards systems for tracking sensors on navy ships.
What systems are using the Kalman filter paradigm technique? I googled just a couple, globalsecurity.org / space / systems / smts.htm and l-3asa.com / solutions / data-fusion-and-tracking-tots.
There must be more but ones I find are not specific to the Kalman filter paradigm. Perhaps someone has sources. Thanks.
