An OT forum, just where people can just chat without having to conform to the restrictions of the others.

I'm assuming you know what an OT is, so therefore I shall not explain.

We had forum like that until we merged few forums into one called "social and political" forum. Since not many users post, it would be okay to use that until there is a need for a saperate forum to chitchat about stuff other than defence/world politics.
