Missile Indentification

Hey,
There is a war memorial in my village and they added these missiles.
they are trying to find out which boat it would of came off of?

here is the info they have.
The branch is now seeking information as to which ship the rocket launchers came from. They are marked as three inch BL Mark IV MOD NATO stock number 1055-99-521-1726, serial number 69VKB/132.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks Mario

It is, its just a matter of finding someone who has access to the information. I found the ISO part number listed, but nothing that includes serial numbers and where it may have been deployed.
