How will Russia benefit from this? I doubt they will drop it on Chechnya.this maybe old but this bomb is world's most powerful non-Nuclear bomb and this bomb is far better than MOAB

In my opinion, they're just still modernizing their forces. This doesn't concern me as much as the missiles that could be hidden in shipping crates.
Yes and what would that do? Nothing. Just REALLY PISS US OFF. So no probably just for the capability to do it. Dont see russia able to threaten us for awhile. Dont see why they would want to.
It's not a matter of how powerful the bomb is, in my opinion, but what platform they use to deliver it. A MOAB being delivered by a B-2 is going to be more effective than a FOAB on any Russian bomber.
If Russia ever wanted to do such a thing to the U.S., it better have a Stealth platform to deliver it, or it would be shot down.
Can the B-2 deliver a MOAB? I have no clue, but I believe these types of bombs are not intended to be used against super powers with highly advanced air defence.
