I need help with this photo.

Hi everyone.

I did not really mean to bother you but it looks like I have to as it seems I cannot pm a mod. If I may introduce myself, my name is Chris Johnson. I play guitar for the founder and first lead singer of a band called Judas Preist, Al Atkins.

(yeah this is getting odd huh).

The reason I am needing help is that we wish to use this pic as an album cover and obviously I need permission.

Of course we wish to give the owner all credit on the new Holy Rage CD which is due out April 2010. I was wondering if anyone can help me?

We already have videos up of a track which has done pretty well globally, and basically if you watch it, it is kind of weird I ended up here to seek permission.
