I'm having some issues picking up the homophones.
I get a couple of basic ones, but don't seem to be able to match the speed and efficiency of my more "right" peers. Can only remember slowly from memory, as opposed to quickly firing the synapses and shooting the breeze at people.
I'm looking for help, as it's becoming slightly embarrassing how long it's taken me.
Is there any advice anyone could give? Or tricks to help me learn?
I've seen lads pick this up at nursery straight.
I feel like I should be learning freestyle poetry or something...
