I have gone through many articles and yet not clear how to fight against this recession. Some people talks about savings, some talks about by increasing business, some talks about that 1.1trillion dollars will help.. But not getting some concrete ideas? Do you think that its the time now to cut-off on defense budgets too? As we know security will always remain an issue but we should also know that we need the economy to boom, defense budgets takes out more percentage of the general budgets, overall in every countries, do we need to minimize it?
