I am not sure what you mean.

I have been in dispute with DVA for almost 4 years. That dispute is all about them hiring doctors to write false reports deliberately intended to deny entitlements. Of course, the DVA insist that this does not happen. They insist that these doctors are totally and completely independent, which means they do not take sides.

Now, I have a written, signed statement from one of those doctors, admitting that his entire report was "designed" to help the DVA.

Don't think that they are just doing this to me...they do it to everyone!

As one DVA delegate once said to me...it's "standard procedure".
