Ocelot selected by the UK

Ocelot has won the UK's light protected patrol vehicle competition. A bit of an ugly duckling, but very versatile (changeable load configuration) and very maneuverable (four wheel steering).

Looking at the different options, it looks like it could replace both WIMK and Jackal over time, proven mine protection but can retain the open concept for better all-round observation and 360 degree arcs of fire. Looks pretty zippy in the video link, but then again no bar armour or full crew load.

Should be in theatre in 2011, no doubt just in time for the UK's drawdown!
