German soldiers with tits, WTF?

It seems that soldiers in a regiment in Berlin, due to the way they hit witheir rifles the left part of the thorax while they march they are developing a condition called Gynechomastia (women's breasts)-

Nothing new, in e.g. Thailand they offer that as therapy for natural breast enlargement.

The "regiment" concerned is the guard battalion of the Bundeswehr. It's assumed that hitting their chest with their K98 carbines during drills is the reason. 26 cases in the last six years.
