Defence Capability Plan ADF

Does anyone know if there is going to be a Defence Capability Plan update in 2005? A couple of articles I have read have hinted that this might be the case early this year. If it is, do you know when it might be released? And......is this going to be an annual release? Cheers

Defence Minister Hill stated at the Avalon Air Show that some "fine tuning" of the Defence Capability Plan is currently underway and the results of this will be released later this year.

What this "fine tuning" will result in is sheer speculation AFAIK, but I'm betting it will primarily relate to the ADF's inadequate airlift capability and probably the timing of several other projects...
