What you have linked to would appear to be a very bad one paragraph summary of an article I wrote in one of the 2008 editions of ADM (Australian Defence Magazine).

This post would appear to be no more than an attempt to promote the Teldan webpage to boost their hit based advert revenue. Considering the service offered is just data repackaging I don't think much of it at all...
