Future Chinese aircraft carrier?

There have probably been multiple threads concerning this subject.
However, many news sites have been saying that this year is when China will be building two medium weight (i.e: 50,000-60,000 tonne), conventionally powered aircraft carriers, to be launched in 2015. Most of these reports were placed more or less during the new year.
One even says CHina's gonna build two nuke carriers by 2020. Is there any truth in these reports?
