Looks similar to the Masada. Were they basing it off that?

Its based on the g 36. It looks so similar that h&k filed a lawsuit and lost.

Cheap in price yes, its far cheaper and better than the G3 that the army currently uses. The weapon is far too large and outdated. The FX-02 has been reported to have been seen in use against the drug war that is going on in mexico. Rumor is that its going to be fazed in for trial runs. Lets hope that we can get these in the hands of the good guys.This weapons i would alomost bet money will not be availible for public use. Strictly military use.
