please i want to know What was the defense budget of germany ,England ,france and united states during world war 2?

A google search could possibly reveal that.
I do know that Germany did'nt put their economy on full foot-holding until 43-44.
And by the end of the war, USA had a larger economy then the rest of the world combined.
