these are intended for their medical services and are the air ambulance variant of the alh dhruv. That makes sense, I knew TAI were in the process of developing a light utility helicopter, I guess this will serve as stop gap.

Tyrkey has a hot and high requirement - which India has too - in abundance.
Generally helicopters don't like mountain flying and hot air.
