Just adding to the question that yutong asked:

WHAT elements make the best nuclear force?

If you voted for a country, maybe you would like to tell us why you think it has the best nuclear force?

I can ask another question from another point of view but lets just worry about these two for now. :D

Tactical throw - USA
Tactical weight - USA
Delivery divergence - USA
Integration into Force Majeur - USA
ICBM precision (CEP) - USA
Battlefield capability - USA
Capacity to "tune" the strike - USA
MIRV flexibility - USA - Russia
Immediacy of launch to ANY location (ie flexibility of strike) - USA and to some extent Russia, (although both have retargetted their nukes in the last 5 years)

There are others, but this is a start.

Considering that it takes about 15-30 mins to remap the co-ordinates of an ICBM I would think that they are all demapped.

France and the UK demapped russia from their systems as well

It takes around 15 seconds to retarget a missile. All you have to do is punch in the target cooridinates. Older Icbm used to take longer, since the officers would havfe to inseret a "tape" into the missiles guidence to target it. But now MX, MMIII,Trident D5 and SS-25 can all be retargeted bt simply punching in the cooridinates into the fire-control computer.

It takes about 10 mins on the Russian Toschka battlefield rockets.

either way, 15seconds or 15 minutes thats a damn scarey reminder of how quickly you can be back on the unpopularity list in a really short time frame.
