The 96 Ukrainian vehicles are BTR-3E1, but what are the South African ones supposed to be?

they first preferred the LAV-III/Stryker, then change it to BTR-3E1(cheaper), and comes the South African APCs which was never an option. this news was more than a month old and there's no confirmation as to what they would select yet, because their election is in next month.

I'm going to go out on a limb and speculate that, like Indonesia, Thailand will be after the Casspir APC. Don't quote me on that, but if they're really getting BTR-3E1s from Ukraine, like Myanmar, then it is entirely possible they might copy Indonesia's acquisition of Casspir APCs.
