World affairs need help

I dont know if i'm right here with my questions but maybe you can help me.
1.I am registered at world affairs and have posted 4 pics.
But only 1 after 1 because multiple uploads dont work for me. Why?
2. I tried to open a new thread in the feedback subforum at WA but i got an error message ( several times) that the site cannot be opened.Is this my own problem or is it an general problem?
3. I want to ask the admins/mods if it is allowed to post there my pics of civil aircrafts. If yes.....how much?
4. If posting of civil aircrafts is allowed....is it possible to open the category " Civil airplanes"?

Okay, I've checked everything and it seems to be working just fine.

I tested with a test account as well... could you please give it another try?

Also, I created civil aviation category in the gallery for you.
