Best Airforce in Europe

What is the best airforce in Europe in terms of Power projection.
Power projection is mostly depended on the range of aircraft and good amarment.
Aircraft Carriers and Strategic bombers offer a big power projection boost.
So which is the best and why?
Russia does not participate in this poll due to high numbers of strategic bombers that offer a unfair advantage.
