TSR.2 and XB-70 refuel

Looked on the internet, but couldn't find the answer to these questions. Were the TSR.2 and XB-70 capable of midair refueling?

My understanding is that the TSR2 would certainly have been set up for in filght refuelling, but the aircraft was cancelled early in its flight test program. The probe in the drawing is consistent with this belief.
