I am not sure what you mean or what you want to ask.
I think your asking, how to post pictures in your messages? Any picture? From the gallery? From your computer?
If its from your computer, first you will need to UPLOAD It to the gallery here to its appropriate place.
Then, once its uploaded and approved, you will go to that picture and you will see this link:
Everyone when linking pictures from DefenceTalk.com gallery use this feature:
http://www.defencetalk.com/pictures/albums/China_Army/Screenshot065.jpg
So the demo you see above looks like this on the board:
http://www.defencetalk.com/pictures/albums/userpics/thumb_200452711932748.jpg (http://defencetalk.com/pictures/displayimage.php?pos=-3001)
It takes the THUMBNAIL of the picture and links it to the actual big version of the picture. Hope you enjoy!!! http://defencetalk.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=16148#16148
Then you will select the full image or the thumbnail BBcode option and paste it in your message(it can be used on ANY FORUM on the internet).
Also, if you don't want to wait for approval of your pictures you can take a look at this thread for more info:

Okay, here is the deal guys.
I have made a group called: Picture Uploaders here
http://www.defencetalk.com/forums/groupcp.php
Please log in and request membership for that group. You will be approved if you have more than 125 posts or if you have uploaded 100 or more pictures to the gallery.
What do you get?
For starters you will not need admin authorization for any pictures that you upload in the future. So, as soon as you upload it goes straight to the database, ready for visitors and members to view. I hope that solves the problem that it takes some times for the pics to get approved, etc. :)
If you believe you are a good reason for an exception and good enough that I should over rule these membership rules, please send me a PM. I will consider your request. :)
Enjoy!!!
Let me know if you need more help or info.
Enjoy!!!
