The birds are awesome but frankly speaking, get rid of that 'grey' paint and put on some good camouflage colors to make 'em look even more hotter! :smokingc:

Yeah corsair, the Sukhois are pretty good but hey, US birds are pretty much unmatched by any!! I'd be more willing to vote for the Swedish for their Viggens and/or Gripens if that was an option available here. :smokingc:

Glad to post these fine pics, and sorry guys for t many other options in the poll; I was like in a hurry yesterday.

About the grey paint comment, I don't paint them, but I think the paint is a radar absorbant variant .. They didn't paint it grey just for fun .. :)

And I agree Anerican birds are very good, but I heard someone on these birds sayin China can kill America for a joke .. :confused :hehe

The colour is a low vis grey used to help aircraft reduce their observability at some altitudes.

The colour can be tuned for an altitude specific condition. eg Australian APC-3's are low vis grey which at a certain altitude reduces their observability considerably. I would assume that the US low vis grey is also tuned for certain altitudes. One would also assume that the IAF aircraft are also tuned for a certain spectrum

I am pretty certain that the paint effect's the planes visibility in ground based radars.

I don't know why but i am falling in love with these Birds they look so Damn good. the Quality of its construction and the back ended Radar is amazing, i think the Paint Scheme is spose to be that becasue its a high altitude AC probably going to be used in Northern area where Skys have the same shade, NO this is not Radar absorbing Paint!!, but thse Birds look nice and the quality is brilliant, has any one got a cockpit picure.

The Russian birds aren't bad, but I'm afraid my vote goes to the US Jets, here's a couple of challenges to the IAF pics.

F-15E Strike Eagle.

personally i like the Tomcat F-14, i don't know why it must because the people who fly it are the best.
