Opening new threads

Guys, have a look through the various threads before opening new ones.

It seems to becoming more common to open a new thread to ask a question before looking to see if it might have already been discussed.

Chances are most of these questions HAVE been discussed at some point. '

I've just merged a heap of Russian Naval threads, that are largely discussing the same thing.

It's simply unnecessary and it's not very difficult to look through a thread, you all do it when you get responses to your threads anyway...
