Ladies and Gents,
Seeing as though it is becoming a daily event for some poster to put up a new "what does everyone think of capability A versus capability B" type thread I thought I'd spell it out clearly here.
At DT we don't generally allow this type of thread. The arguments are pointless because:
A). None of the open source data used to justify various positions is accurate for a start.
B). These sorts of discussions end up being nothing more than p**ing contests based on nationalistic pride.
Threads along the lines of: F-16 Block 52 compared to JAS-39C/D Gripen, Su-30 versus F/A-18E/F Super Hornet, M1 Abrams versus T-95 etc are prohibited on the website and will be closed as soon as they're opened.
Please read the forum rules if you are considering opening such a thread, just to be on the safe side...
