Rafale RCS reduction DeDIRA

I'm starting to look again into Rafale as this planes has started to become active in world markets with its chances of sale looking strong in India and even Malaysia.

I was reading about the plane and i saw a roadmap to improve its RCS called DEDIRA.
It goes about upgrading SPECTRA, modifying its air inlet design , RAM coating etc. I lost the link, but cant seem to find any other english source on this. Is there more detail on this upgrade? I'm especialy interested to know more about any structural redesign that might be done to the plane.
