hi all..I'm a brit currently serving in the RAF, I've applied for the RAAF for a number of years now with no luck... until I recently received the application I've always wanted for lateral transfer..as I am just me, myself and I the prospect although maybe what I want is still a little scary! Not to say I will be joining any time soon still early days but with it in sight, i would just like to know more about the lifestyle and if there are any others that have transferred out there with some do's and don'ts it would be very appreciated...my trade is Ground Equipment so any GSE guys out there please tell all. I've done alot of research but you know how the published stuff can be a tad pink and fluffy, would just like some honest views..thank you for reading.
