Crotale multi mission short range AD missile system
The Crotale NG(New Generation) carries 8 VT-1 hypervelocity missiles.
The Crotale is a mobile, all-weather, low-altitude surface-to-air missile system. It is designed to combat targets flying at a speed of M1.2 at an altitude of 50 to 3,000 m and an equivalent radar area of 1 m{2}. Crotale, developed by Thomson CSF Matra, has a boost/glide trajectory and can be launched from mobile launcher. Fired against targets such as aircraft and missiles, the maximum range of the missile is 8km up to 5000m altitude at the a speed of Mach 2.3. This is an all-weather, low altitude mobile air defense missile weapon system designed to counter air saturation attacks. It is equipped with digital radio command missile line of sight to target line of sight. Crotale has a single stage solid propelled rocket motor [designated R.440], and a 15 kg high explosive focused fragmentation warhead.

The Rapier/JERNAS Air Defence System(U.K)

JERNAS is the export name for the Rapier FSC (Field Standard C) air defence system. JERNAS is based on the Rapier Mk 2 missile and launcher which is in service with the British Army and Royal Air Force, the Blindfire tracking radar and the Dagger surveillance radar.
The Rapier FSC/Jernas launcher has eight ready-to-fire missiles and its own electro-optical surveillance and tracking system.
The high resolution radar tracker provides the system with dual engagement capability.

The Light Armoured Vehicle-Air Defence (LAV-AD) (U.S.A)
It follows the same principle of Gun missile combo as the Israeli MacBeth. The Blazer turret for the LAV-AD includes the GAU-12/U 25mm gatling gun coupled with stinger missiles.
Usually it is armed with two pods of four stingers each but also sometimes with four Mistral missiles. The Vehicle is adaptable for amphibious capability.

S-300V and S-300PMU1 Surface to Air missile system

The S-300V surface-to-air missile system is designed to provide all-weather defence for vital front- level and rear facilities, country's administrative and political centres from various air attack weapons in a severe clutter and jamming environment of the modem warfare.

The system comprises a command post, a sector scanning radar, an all-round surveillance radar, a multi-channel missile guidance radars (up to four), two types of launchers (up to 24), two types of loader-launchers (up to 24), SAMs (two or four for each launcher and loader-launcher).

All combat systems are mounted on a similar tracked chassis featuring high manoeuvrability and cross-country capability. They are also provided with stand-alone power supply systems and radio communication equipment.

Each combat vehicle is provided with navigation, survey and orientation equipment to ensure links to the joint co-ordinate system. In addition to combat vehicles, the system comprises repair, maintenance, and training facilities.

Pakistan should acquire some of these from Ukraine or China. The growing number of SU-30s, which will soon be in production, would cause a hell lot of trouble. This also suggest that Pakistan may want to reproduce them, as they are more cost effective than planes. In addition, Pakistan's main idea is to defend, not attack.

I saw the Rapier system used by Royal Marines Commandos during their war game in UAE "SAIF=AS=SAREEAH".

it was cool to watch it.

And by the way.. There is no comparison between S-300 and the other system posted above.

S-400 Triumpfh

S-400 SA-20 Triumf
The Triumf S-400 is a new generation of air defense and theater anti-missile weapon developed by the Almaz Central Design Bureau as an evolution of the S-300PMU [SA-10] family. This new system is intended to detect and destroy airborne targets at a distance of up to 400 km (2- 2.5 times greater than the previous S-300PMU system). The Triumf system includes radars capable of detecting low-signature targets. And the anti-missile capability of the system has been increased to the limits established by the ABM Treaty demarcation agreements -- it can intercept targets with velocities of up to 4.8 km/sec, corresponding to a ballistic missile range of 3,500 km.
