Electronic jamming technology

Hi guys. New here obviously. I'm wanting to find information on jamming technology, such as which countries have what sort of capabilities and what can be used as counter-measure and which countries possess these counter-measures. I looked but was unable to find a search function. Thanks guys!

Welcome to the forum!
There are great folks here and a wealth of knowledge but i would suggest you start by doing research, and attack the experts here with specific questions rather than broad ones and you will get golden answers. - Ive felt silly many a time ...so research first.
